PC Based Temperature and Humidity monitoring

These units simply plug into the serial port of your PC (no power required) allowing you to measure temperature or humidity. The TH-03 uses precision thermistor sensors and offer a very simple and cost effective way to monitor and record temperatures and humidity on your PC using the supplied PicoLog software. For users who wish to write their own software, drivers and examples are included for C, Pascal, Delphi and Visual Basic. A macro is also included that collect data directly into an Excel spreadsheet

PicoLog Data Logging Software

PicoLog is a powerful but flexible data logging package for collecting, analysing and displaying data from the Pico Technology ADC range. PicoLog software can collect data at rates from once per second to once per hour: up to 1 million samples can be collected. Data can be displayed in both graphical or spreadsheet format, both during and after data collection.

PicoLog has a wide range of functions to assist in the collection, monitoring, analysis and display of data.

TH-03 Thermistor to PC Converter

 Features
  • High accuracy at low cost
  • Connects to computer serial port
  • No power supply required
  • Supplied with PicoLog and drivers
  • Works with EnviroMon sensors (temperature, light, door switch)

The TH-03 allows up to 3 channels of temperature to be recorded onto your PC. It uses precision thermistor sensors to give an accuracy that was previously only obtainable using expensive platinum PT100 sensors.

The TH-03 is very easy to use - just plug into the serial port on your computer, connect up to three sensors and you are ready to start collecting data. It accepts the EnviroMon range of sensors, and so can measure temperatures from -55°C to 300°C, check light levels or record the position of a door... or anything else to which you can connect a magnet or micro-switch.
